*** Official #22 IOWA STATE vs West Virginia Game(Day) THREAD ***
Honest question? When was the whistle blown? If it was a fumble into the end zone then we should have had an opportunity to recover. If it was blown dead by an official that saw touchdown, that should have been the call on the field. -

They played well tonight and it was a great game. It was a fun but frustrating season. Sad to see it end. Has football season started yet though? Oh yeah, that's right, I think I remember the Cyclones winning a game 20-17 earlier this month.- mclatch

If you are serious- I agree. That is how the World Series was born. It was a 9 game series. Money won't allow for that, but I think there are ways to extend the revenue AND maintain the integrity of a grueling season.- mclatch

I think most fans that watched almost every game this season of the Athletic's knew it was a bad trade. It was unfortunate. I am a huge A's fan there is but the biggest issue is - what are we doing letting teams like Oakland, Detroit, and Kansas City even have a chance at being World...- mclatch

RIP, Veishea
No one is pretending that the rioting is not associated with VEISHEA. It is dumb, in my opinion, to think that the rioting has not grown to something bigger than VEISHEA itself. Taking away the good events will not stop the periodic rioting when a mob historically gathers.
