That sock has already taken a pounding. Long term the company still has lots of good things to point to

10% is NOT a pounding for what they've had happen. Those are serious issues and the market is just getting this wrong for some reason or another. They only fell back to levels in January. I wouldn't touch that stock unless for a short.

What other company can come out and miss EPS, miss Revenue, withdraw any guidance, STOP stock buybacks, have potential litigation concerns and see the price go up? That is not normal.

$TSLA

Also, Boeing just won a huge defense contract last week if I'm not mistaken

How about that Tesla? Elon is losing it.

And sure enough, the earnings were indeed a disaster with the company reporting a loss of $2.90 in the quarter, more than double the estimated $1.30 share, on dismal revenue of just $4.54 billion, also far worse thanthe $4.84 billion expected. The EPS, charted, was clearly a disaster.

I sold my small bit of VTI and LEAD in my IRA yesterday. New all time highs but the momentum is very weak. I like to look for these divergences (new peak but the RSI index is showing lower highs with each peak). Still don't think we see a huge decline but the rest of the world is a mess.

ya im with u seeing similar divergences but what i thought might be short term bearish divergence on the volume might be consolidstion but we keeping getting newer price highs which is indicative of continution of trend which is bullish. economic forecast agency revised to flat till june than hard rally through august and then a rough fall followed by late winter spring rally. they did predict this current rally in december pretty well; underestimated a bit. i guess im back in with a rally cap going srax and galaxy digital right at the bell.

Musk needs to ditch all his side projects and just focus on Tesla and Space. Will be interesting to see how the SEC handles his “wish we were private” comment today. Probably not a good idea to poke the bear.

3M is getting hammered pretty bad but they seem to be the only ones. UPS missed earnings and is going down. I just think the economy was weaker than expected but the market hasn't cared, too many machines running things these days.

The worst day for 3M since Black Friday in 1987. And the rest of the market is up. Makes no freaking sense anymore. Intel looks like they just disappointed after the close.
