I'd like if both stayed but understand if they leave. I feel like Boozer isn't feeling appreciated by the coaching staff, from what I've been hearing from people.

Regarding Lucca, no matter what decision he makes, he has a lot of basketball in his future.

With Boozer, these are probably his last 2 years.. I think he improved so much in just 1 year and had a lot more confidence last year. I love watching players develop and improve. I guess I just like to see guys develop and grow up in front of all of us to see. That's really what's fun about College Athletics.

I am just frustrated because I'd figure the coaching staff would appreciate what he brings to the table and would want him around.

Of course McDermott gets no credit for Boozer's improvement though right?

If both leave, it will be year one again.

That's not true at all...we could definitely use both of them, but we're far from the point of sticking a fork in our season. We'll have Garrett, Buckley, Christopherson, Colvin, Gilstrap, Oliver, to play the 1, 2, and 3 spots, and even Dendy would have a chance to possibly get some minutes at the 3 as well. That's certainly more talent than we've had in these spots for McDermott's first 3 years. Throw in 1 or 2 of the guys considering transferring that stay and we're stacked in the backcourt/wings department.
