I still think TCU plays in NY6

It seems like it's possible to me, unless I'm missing something. Like is TCU is going to be dropped significantly for losing to #3, more than Stanford losing to USC? (and would they really want a 9-4 team ?)

Assume the top 4 remain the same, or some get knocked out and 5-6-7-8 move up

Orange
Cotton
Peach
Fiesta

5 Alabama
6 Georgia
7 Miami
8 Ohio State
9 Penn State
10 USC
11 TCU
14 UCF (auto bid)

Fringe: 12 Stanford, 13 Washington, 15 Notre Dame, 16 MSU

Maybe we should've just gone 5-7 and we wouldn't have to worry about any of this.

Jesus Christ people. We haven't been to a bowl game in 5 years. 4 months ago we'd have all been thrilled to know 8-5 was an option.
It's called people never being happy with what u have always wanting better. People are going to b**** and moan just because they can.

the committee will do anything for any of the fringe teams to pass TCU. My guess is Notre Dame will get the last spot.

If that happens, does that mean ISU is back in play for Orlando? Assuming Houston would take OSU/Texas. Would Camping World select ISU over OSU/Texas (since there won't be a ND/Texas matchup)?

If Tcu does not get in a NY 6 bowl, that leaves one extra Big12 team to fill another outside bowl, most likely Shreveport vs Florida St. As of now, SI has purple KS filling that spot; however I wonder if that's a possibility for us. Would not mind a rematch of the Eddie Robinson Classic :)

Is there anything else today that we should be hoping for?
Besides an announcement that KC Masterpiece is sponsoring a new bowl game with Big 12 ties at Arrowhead Stadium with a higher selection than the Liberty Bowl. I am kind of cheering for Georgia to ensure 2 SEC teams don’t get in. I don’t know who I’d prefer with the BIG and ACC championships in regards to Big 12/Iowa State benefits. Surprised there’s not a forum to discuss possible outcomes/scenarios of today’s games in the recent forums list.

Pollard selling our fan base that Liberty means more practice time when everyone is limited to the same number of practices and technically Memphis will get more because they played in their conference championship is the most Pollard thing ever.

Dumbass, pollard was preparing us for thd liberty but you can bet he is advocating for us.

This fan base just wants to play a P5 opponent. Bowl game does not matter. We already played a G5 on the road this year. Would be so freakin Iowa State to get stuck in the Liberty Bowl. F that!
