To the guys saying CFH should let the legal system find him guilty first:
People get fired/kicked off of teams/impeached/etc. all of the time for even the appearance of impropriety...especially when they are semi-public figures/role models/community leaders/etc. Fair or not, the privilege of representing your university in athletic competition comes with a different set of ethical standards set entirely by the coaching staff, the athletic department, and the university overall. Athletes are, literally and figuratively, on a different playing field.
I'm not saying that Bubu should or shouldn't get the boot, but just that it is certainly not unheard of to dismiss athletes before they are found legally guilty. I have complete confidence that CFH, JP, and anyone else involved at the university will handle this appropriately.
