I know it is hard to believe but I do have eligibility left.Say you’re thinking NAIA so you have 4 years left

Yeah for Tyrese sure. But for a kid like this you have no idea if that’s the issue. And there’s a strong chance that wasn’t the factor. It’s pretty confusing
We know Anthony and Beau are going to be on the field as much as possible. I think Verdon can be solid and I'm also interested to see how or if this Trevon Howard (freshman out of IMG) kid works into the rotation. He is already on campus and picked ISU while holding offers from Michigan, Arizona, Michigan St, Colorado, Louisville, and Minnesota.Definitely. I don't know if this kid is getting money. But the ones who do, they are going to receive criticism when they don't perform well.
Just a guess with McDonald...I think the staff didn't see this coming. Guessing PJ Fleck has been in his ear. IF there's money involved, it probably isn't a lot. I would bet that Verdon getting at least a few snaps with the 1's probably made McDonald a little more open to the conversation. As in, he was far from guaranteed a starting spot at ISU.
I think that the JUCO kid was in the mix right after Miller and Antoine left. The staff always has a plan for what to do if guys leave. I would guess that Morgan probably thought he'd be elevated to starter and when he saw they immediately had a JUCO on an OV, he's gone. And with 2 spots opening up in the two-deep, that made ISU an easy choice...no need to go visit KU or Mizzou.
We won’t. That’s not how this works. We really haven’t done much in the football transfer portal when it comes to aqquring players

Thompson visited Friday/Saturday. Then two guys entered the Portal. Strange as it may seem, it’s almost impossible not to be connected.Ain’t no way
Just wait until some of them have inevitable struggles/bad games, get dinged up, or maybe just have a sub par season.I mean, if they are cashing $100k checks to play college ball while the rest of us are 9-5, is there really a reason to hold back? Before, I could see it. They were just college kids playing a game. But if they are getting paid to play, they’re going to need to handle criticism that might not have been there a few years ago.
I’ve always thought that was a big city thing. You know, like in NYC so many people commute from so far away. Are there still jobs that are 9-5? I've always worked 8-5.
I’m 830-5. I work for financial institutions at my job. Basically only difference is that I take a 30 minute lunch, so it shortens my day.Nope. Work at one and it’s 8-5
I don't think Mr. Osen would appreciate that.I could offer some intel, but from certain posters slandering me on here, I’ll refrain from that.
DM me if you want it.
McDonald is much better than Thompson so that one is completely unconnected.Thompson visited Friday/Saturday. Then two guys entered the Portal. Strange as it may seem, it’s almost impossible not to be connected.
I think it had more to do with May 1st being the deadline to transfer w/o having to sit-out.Thompson visited Friday/Saturday. Then two guys entered the Portal. Strange as it may seem, it’s almost impossible not to be connected.
But is McDonald THAT MUCH better than Verdon/Howard???McDonald is much better than Thompson so that one is completely unconnected.
I get so tired of hearing this.Could it also mean we are switching to a more traditional 4-3 because of our DT talent so we will be playing less 3 safety?
McDonald is much better than Thompson
Why? This is a totally valid question given our depth and talent at Dline and now lack of depth at DB....I get so tired of hearing this.
