Actually - I hope it's not. It's a conflict of interest on his part. Take the pressure of Fred's shoulders and have it come down from JP.

Now, that's not to say Fred can't tell JP what to do....

Based on the past I'm hoping JP and Leath stay completely out of this for everybody's sake.

As a current student you are the one that is wrong. I don't go out much in fact I go out very little, and most people go out multiple times a week. (Thursday-Saturday)

I'm also a current student, and even though this behavior happens, it's far from every student on campus.

Why am I not surprised by where "BigBake" stands on this? Just FYI, BDJ was suspended from the basketball team at UNLV. He was not kicked out of school.

Nope, nick derived from something else. Not a fan of the wacky tabacky myself.

I don't think there are many or even any who want to run him over it. Just that it's disappointing/frustrating/worrisome given what the details are about repeated problems and not much in the way of apparent change.

You weren't listening to the Murph and Andy show then. Multiple callers who said they were ISU fans saying that they wanted him gone. Some of them may have been hok fans trying to stir the pot, but not all of them.

A lot of people on here who are confirmed ISU fans who "don't want this element on the team".

A lot of people want all of our athletes to be choir boys who never do anything wrong and are quick to throw the first stone when someone gets in trouble.

It just gets old.

I wonder how Niang and Naz are reacting. They seem to be do serious about physical training and extra practice. It has to torque them when teammates are being frivolous.

Is the news conference on Cyclones.tv? It is not listed with live events.

Whatever he did before at USC/UNLV should not matter. Fred brought him here to get a FRESH START, not to bring up old **** at the first sign of trouble. These Hok fans are ridiculous...

His past shouldnt matter? I mean, I believe in giving people second chances (in this case, his 7th), but where theres smoke. Im sorry, but you cant act like a complete crap head, then when you leave town, you get to completely start over, time after time. It doesnt work like that. What he did at USC, and UNLV should absolutely matter, ESPECIALLY when they all revert back to his behavioral issues. Look, Im not saying people cant change, but when issues keep popping up of the same variety, you eventually have to be held accountable. Hes a grown man. He cant keep getting more chances than Joe Shmoe on the corner, just because he puts a ball in the hoop. Im not being ridiculous, Im being realistic. And this is the real world, and this is how these things work.

Not every student, but it is relatively normal. I still think that the wrestler is more at fault. I just can't get passed that it was 60 dbs. Seriously though My apartment building I can hear people when I leave to go to class being much louder. In my apartment when I go to sleep I can hear the people above me making loud noises. It sounds like they are jumping around. That is part of living in college. Really that is part of living in an apartment. You may hear some noise. Turn up your music and go to sleep if you need to. It isn't hard.

It took Niang two years to get in shape, not sure how serious his training was before this past summer.

Didn't mean to insinuate that but I'd be surprised if it isn't close to 50%. Seems like grass is now in about the same position as alcohol was during prohibition, people kept doing it so the law finally changed. It's just happening slower since big pharma and the alcohol companies have a lot of politicians in their hip pockets.
