Did Fred mess up not taking Peter Jok?

Head scratcher for sure. Fred was known to offer HS kids that weren't meant to play at this level though. He wasn't perfect when it comes to recruiting

This is really the only sports blog that I go to, as I enjoy debate and it's hard to come by much debate when everyone pumps sunshine into the Hawks.

OK, here's my last 2 cents on the Thomas/Jok debate:
Thomas guarded the leading candidate for player of the year (Hield) twice this season. Buddy boy was a composite (that's for both games - I see your lips moving) 18 of 46 from the floor, including 9 of 23 from behind the arc. That's a 39% rate both ways. For the season, Hield is 51% overall and 49.8% from triple land.....so Thomas did as good a job as anyone could have expected.
Now.....can anyone (even biased hok fans) imagine Jok defending Hield that well? I sure can't.

I have it on good authority that the reason that Fred didn't take either Jok or Uthoff is that he didn't want to have to look at them every day. Yikes
I tried to ask a simple question to see if anyone really has any inside info on the Jok situation. I know that was pretty provocative and all, I do apologize for trolling so hard.
Why are you avoiding the question?
And the "inside info" about Jok isn't inside info. If you followed ISU you would actually know why Jok isn't at ISU.
