It's just to bad he won't change to receiver or Defensive back. He has a lot of ability. However, sometimes kids who were QB since they were kids don't want to give up the major spotlight and it ends up costing them.
And a former Michigan State and Ohio State commit. I wonder where he'll transfer after one year at Temple.

I always hoped he would have switched to WR for our Cyclones. I think he could have been special.
I hope Johnnie Lang tears it up at Arkansas State. Always rooted for that kid
How are Taylor Cortez and Jordan Wallace still in school? They were Rhoads recruits. (Wallace by the way had the worst looking film I’ve ever seen. Couldn’t believe Rhoads’ staff gave him a scholarship.)
Yeah, I have no idea how Wallace has any eligibility left. I thought Taylor-Cortez was an early Campbell recruit.
Seriously, good for Zeb freaking Noland. What a cool story. I always thought he had talent (good arm, smart enough to play), he just was in the unfortunate spot of being right ahead of Brock Purdy, a once every 40 year talent for us.
I remember thinking Lang was going to be a up-and-coming, round-about '18 - when Warren had been the primary, before Montgomery made the break-through.
He was there for a week or two, then transferred to Houston.
Except he isn't being talked about as an Iowa State player, ESPN talking heads yesterday were calling him "another in a long line of star NDSU QB's."
Re-Al Mitchell did not play in this game. As far as i can tell, he is still at Temple, on the roster and not injured:
