Not exactly sure.
Man, there is a good mess of bohemians/czechs around me. Nobody likes to deal with them. One night I started listing off the cousins that were married and it got kinda long, and I'm not from the area (which means, I only know the tip of the iceberg so to speak).

My dad gave me advice about them when I was like 13 or so and I didn't understand it, then when I moved into the area, it became extremely clear, and he was right.

Agree. Lived around Czechs for ten years and they were not great neighbors. They best neighbors we have had after moving away from Iowa were Belgians.

You live in Europe or something?
No, he's bias. I grew up in a neighborhood that was mostly first generation chech and saw the bias/racism first hand.
Mormons are often subject to same.
It's easy to make generalizations based on limited contacts. Being an a$$ hole is spread over all sectors of the population.

Just an FYI, our tailgating is kind of bland or "different" as another way of putting it. It's mainly a few Tongan families roasting pigs southeast of the stadium in the parking lot and drinking kava (which oddly enough has a similar buzzing effect as alcohol but without the intoxicating effect? Though its an acquired taste its feels quite nice and relaxing) I try to join them every chance I get, they are pretty welcoming, you just have to approach them and introduce yourselves. There is "Cougar Canyon" to the southwest of the stadium with food trucks, a giant TV screen showing different CFB games and a live band as well as the ROC (student section) meeting in giant tents. The majority of fans generally show up around gametime instead of tailgating as they use the Saturday to get things done as opposed to spending it tailgating. We're pretty nerdy, lol. But I love going to away games and experiencing the tailgating scene with opposing fans. Maybe its due to my Scottish roots of being social and having fun? Who knows?
What part of the parking lot will you be sectioning off where we can pound our cases of Busch Light and suckle our Cyclone Vodka?

...It's in the fine print of your membership agreement. Trust me, Jamie always gets it in.

Lot 18 is where the Jack Cougars group and fans of visiting teams usually go for that. I may join ya for that.

Heck yes! I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! Beer brats! I served my mission to northern Utah (Ogden, of all places) and we had a transplant family from Michigan and Indiana areas who made us beer brats for dinner and it was by far one of the best sausage/hot dog/hot link/bratwurst type of foods I had ever eaten. I've been trying to duplicate the flavor by making them at home with Shiner Bock and bratwursts but boy is it an art. I LOVE salmon! My aunt up in the Olympic Peninsula/Pudget Sound area would make fresh salmon steaks from local salmon acquired from the local tribe and it was as good as any steak or prime rib as I've ever had. I'd love to stop by, hopefully we get to play y'all in Ames next year so I can make the trip!

Oh gosh they have some learning to do. To be fair though my folks love going to MBB and usually don't know who we are playing till that day. Most folks just don't spend a lot of time on sports day to day.
