The way I see it, which is to say the way doctors I follow see it, a good lipid test is ratio of trigs/HDL < 1.5x (goal is trigs down around 60, HDL up to around 60), LDL and cholesterol of no concern.The route I’m taking has led to good physicals and lipid tests, so I’m satisfied with it.
