I don't trust people who wear class rings
aTm seems to be full of those types of people.
Bottom line....I don't trust 'em

This. I’ve known and had to work with several A&M grads through the years. They all had or have this undercurrent and subtle internal understanding that they are better than you because they are an A&M grad but at the same time they don’t cram it down their throat in super dooshy way most of the time. If you can get past that, they are pretty nice and usually smart folks. All in all nice people that I’d be happy to work/socialize again. They were classless hypocrites in how they left the conference.
I had a very good time there in 2009 and was treated really well.
Their fanbase is completely off the reservation, but very friendly. It’s a strange dichotomy.
Interesting like “a bunch of dudes jerking off into one jar” interesting or.....I've been. Some good people and bars, spent a loooooooong night at Dixie Chicken.
As a fanbase, they are interesting.
If they are jerking each other off, they are A&M fans.Interesting like “a bunch of dudes jerking off into one jar” interesting or.....
I think you’ve gotta flip Nebraska and Missouri there. If they are jerking each other off, they are A&M fans.
If they are using weird household items never before thought as sexually stimulating, they are Missouri fans.
If their sister/cousin is stimulating them, they are Nebraska fans.
If they are yelling because they don’t know if they need another bong hit or to blow their wad, they are Colorado fans.
No female cheerleadersInteresting like “a bunch of dudes jerking off into one jar” interesting or.....
I agree. I considered that. I also thought about taking that to a whole other level but didn’t want to risk getting banned this time year.I think you’ve gotta flip Nebraska and Missouri there.
A&M was with unequal payment, those who don’t mind them..........they WERE part of the problem.I agree - I don't hate them. Also just disappointed in them that they left. Understand how they might have felt they could never get fair treatment in the conference with Texas there. We know we don't get fair treatment with the officiating although Friday was better than in the past.
Loved the old Big 8! The basketball with the Big 8 was special!I don’t miss the old big 12 at all.
1) Big 8
2) Big 12 now
3) Old Big 12
I could never really grasp A&M and NE’s issue with the revenue distribution model of the old Big 12. I mean, they both voted for it and blocked changes along with OU and Texas. Either one of them could have joined with the other 8 schools to change the distribution model. Of course, their opinion sure seemed to be they should get as much as Texas, but Iowa State or K-State shouldn’t get as much as them.A&M was with unequal payment, those who don’t mind them..........they WERE part of the problem.
Do non-A&M grads wear them anymore? I can’t think of a single person who wears one.I don't trust people who wear class rings

Anybody old enough to remember that Todd Blythe monster game against A&M?
Service academy grads often do.Do non-A&M grads wear them anymore? I can’t think of a single person who wears one.
Edit: actually I can but he’s from one of the d-3 schools in Iowa and has a chronic levels of little man syndrome and no one takes him seriously.
I miss our Big 8 frenemies. I'm sad A&M left, but certainly understand the desire to get away from TeXa$. A&M seems a natural fit in the SEC too.
