I think the panic button sets in if we get handled by Texas and beat at home against OU. making us 0-5 in league play 3-5 overall and winless in October.
0-5 is unfortunately pretty likely to happen. Wins are hard to come by which is why we’re upset about the very winnable games we lost the last two weeks.

We have 3 winnable home games remaining (OU is God awful right now), Tech is decent but we have equal talent to them, WVU is decent on offense, not very good on defense....

that said, we can't score right now. So it doesn't even matter if we have the talent to keep up....it's not the defense's job to score points
All our remaining games are winnable. Or losable. The conference is really even this year without great teams, but without pushovers either (West Virginia might be the weakest, but they're no KU of past years).

ISU fans forget very quickly. Was not too long ago ISU was losing by 40+ points / game. Not competitive.

They have lost 3 games that could have gone either way.

They are rebuilding a roster and having some growing pains.

They have lots of good young kids to build off of.

Is it frustrating after the success the team has had the past few years? YES - but i wouldn't change this team make up for anything.
