It isn't a fact. I was the 2nd to post and I came over to post right as soon as I saw it on the free board. From what I have seen on here, people have not posted anything in the confidential area on this thread.

In fact, Paul Clark posted the story/headline on CR at 10:50 a.m. This thread was not started until 11:19 a.m.

Not true - I started the thread and I can promise you that I DO NOT have a premium account over there! Stop trying to start stuff.

I think people on this board has done well to respect the premium info of the other boards. I disagree it happens "often" but it does happen. One thing to keep in mind is that people on this board and people on the other boards have some of the same sources. What may appear here and on the the premium areas may have simply come from the same source and not necessarily stolen from the premium area. This is a difficult thing to prove or disprove.

Anyone posting premium info is usually beat down anyway by regulars and moderators not wanting to give CF a bad name.

I for one could care less were the info on this site comes from. If it is ripped from a paid site, well then great for me, shame on the person who did it.

Or this theory could be wack. Probably so, I think this stuff is too good! :Smoking:

why dont we all jsut stick to the forum topic which is the interviews going down in Dallas instead of arguing over CR premium access. that can be discussed in another forum.

Haha...I highly doubt The Helgo is Paul Clark. Nice conspiracy theory, though. Ever wonder who is listening to you from the fillings in your mouth?

Dallas is a good half way point from San Diego, I flew into San Diego earlier and I had to go through Dallas. Also, you never interview a person on campus, anymore they are hired hired somewhere else, ie: Greg McDerment, hired in Iowa City by Mr. Pollard.

My sources tell me its Buck Showalter being interviewed to revive the ISU baseball program...my inside guy says Pollard is more worried about that then some useless football position...

Here's to hoping Pollard brought a contract with him if CR is correct as to who is in Dallas currently.

hmmmm - intriguing tidbit of info. Where's Jeremy with the info on this? I don't want to ask you ISUCY since you clearly know premo info, but Jeremy should be well aware of who is there.

Honest to God... if CR thinks they hold a monopoly on free trade of information, they need to wake up and realize we live in America.

Nothing in America is free my friend.

Some people just choose to support a man (Paul or CN) who tries to get us Cyclone info FOR A LIVING, and does it in an honest way. Not to say others do it in a dis-honest way, don't read THAT into it. We like the way he presents things in a professional manner every time, and are willing to pay a few pennies a month to have some intelligent banter without 100 Hawk fans reading everything and running with it ...

That's all. There's room for 10 boards for all I'm concerned, but my money only goes to the serious ones. He has had great info on this entire coaching search, and will most likely have the scoop first! :)

Go Cyclones!

That's fine, but information is free to be given by those who know it. If someone from CR wanted to display the information here, that's their right. It's like saying because I didn't buy a newspaper someone can't tell me the score of last nights game.

i just really wouldnt want anything to reflect badly on Jeremy. He is responsible for the entire site in whole, and whatever we post reflects back on him. So posting someone else's confidential information not only makes us look bad, but reflects right back on Jeremy. Don't worry, I'm sure he'll come up with an update very soon.

Fair enough. And I respect that.

All this discussion makes me ponder something. There seems to be an irony in all this premium stuff. Doesn't a premium site use free information from inside sources to generate their own profit?

The people that actually generate the information do it for free, and then a premium site profits form using that information. Is there a copyright on information that you didn't create?

Just something that makes me go hmmm.
