Any bowl projections that have two Big 12 teams in NY6 with K-State getting selected over us for Cheez-It should be considered suspect unless you really think K-State finishes 2-0 including a win over Baylor while we go 1-1.
In 2019, Cheez-It selected us at 7-5 while K-State was 8-4 (same conference record). It was also the week immediately after K-State killed us. Perhaps bowl partners would rather have K-State since we were just there two years ago, but neither of us have been to Texas Bowl in the last 5 years.

honestly it is what i think will happen, there game with Baylor is a pick em and Texas has packed it in for the year
Oddity: If we knew in preseason that, 10 games into the season, Iowa State and Clemson could realistically meet in a bowl game, think of how much higher our placement expectation would have been.
That's funny because Condon and that other idiot on the morning show were extremely confident that ISU is going to the Reliant Bowl on Jan 2nd, and nobody would show up one day after Jan First....They had a lot of fun bashing CMC & CO...When they started bashing I TURNED IT OFF!!
