This^^^. UTEP is not very good. New Mexico State has already beat them....twice. Regardless....watching KU now, and from what I have seen so far, if I was to rank the Big 12 right now.....the top five would be OSU-ISU-Baylor-KU-OU. Now I know it's early and these games in November and December don't mean a whole heck of a lot, but they don't look like conference winners let alone #2 in the country.
I've watched a couple KU and a couple Baylor games and despite the loss I'd have to reverse them. Baylor appears to me to struggle with the inside out game and frankly their player development seems to be a real problem. I don't see much if any improvement in the play of their individual players or the team. I can't see them getting significantly better as the season progresses.
KU will improve as the season goes on and will likely be in form by the time B12 play gets here. They will challenge OSU and ISU.
As far as Iowa goes I have not seen them play but from listening to their learned fans I understand they are a final four caliber team and we don't belong in the same gym with them.
