Jefferson Adam maybe? I believe his final two college choices were us and wv. Prolly doesn’t have a lot of clothes and received free gear from them on his recruitment. I could be completely wrong but that was my first thought.

That could be him. Dude was very dark complected, hair was shorter cut, but same texture. And built like a brick...well, you know. I didn't get a real close look though.
