Sorry, but I think that there are a lot of angry people right now (who may or may not have been drinking), which probably doesn't bode well for coherent posts. It also leads to a lot of people picking fights.

This loss has me questioning if there has been any real improvement or if its just been in our minds? And also has me wondering what exactly we have left to be excited about this season or even next for that matter. Maybe Im just down after a loss though.

Not here to gloat. But not here to sugar coat anything.

It was obvious who the better team was. Chizik is a good coach and AA is a servicable QB. It might take a little time to get some more talent on the team to be able to compete consistently, but there's still enough there to steal a couple of games at home this year. best of luck the rest of the year.

Very many low points were reached today: being blown out by the worst team in the Big 12, having 3 red zone penalties on the same drive, having no offensive playbook, not making a defensive adjustment to stop the same sideline screen, repeatedly punting on 4th and short in Baylor's territory, and being dominated by their reserves at the end of the game. We looked like the worst coached team in the NCAA. This was very embarrassing.

The only positive is that Baylor played a very good game. They should win at least one more. I think our only hope for another win is against Texas A & M.

After the disgusting first half in Vegas (I was there), you would think Chizik would have these guys ready to play. He said earlier in the week that that was the coaching staff's job. Enough said.

Nebraska now feels confident next week.

This was just like the stock market this week.

Let's be honest. WE are the worst team in the Big 12

While it's hard to fault you for feeling that way, I think we all felt that way after the Texas game last year.

The fact of the matter is that tonight's game is not indicative of where we are as a team. We are exponentially better than how we performed tonight, and every one of us knows it.

It's just sobering to be reminded of how poorly we can look.

The only thing worse than losing to Baylor by the largest margin in Big 12 history: getting pity from Baylor fans.

Got back a little while ago from spending the last few hours on the road heading back to Ames from my parents' place...I was pissed that we didn't get to watch the game but after listening to it on the radio it was just as well

What made me sick from listening to it was that there appeared to be no emotion or caring whether we won or lost from ANYBODY...coaches on down...I mean I was screaming at the radio (and getting smacked by my wife since our 17 month old was sleeping in the backseat) when we punted from the freaking 35 yard line down 28-3...it wasn't the only time we pulled that either. I mean to me you have to try to do something when you're down that much on the road and that close. Our punt netted us 15 yards as it was, but even if we'd have pinned them deep I'd still have thought it was ********. Anyway, that's about all I have to say on the game since I didn't get (have) to watch it on tv...
