You seriously sound like you don't have a clue what you're talking about. I'm guessing you are a college student or don't know what it's like with job offers out in the real world. It's the beginning of Prohm's second month on the job so cool your jets. You and other's need to cool your jets and believe in him. Prohm isn't horrible and will make a splash within the next month or two by signing a good recruit that will make an impact.

true. But I think everyone knows that they were going to fire thibs. And hire Fred.
Fred knew he was gone, told recruits that, and was apparently upfront with his players. Quitting at the time of the surgery would have helped whoever replaced him. And would have helped Iowa state. I wish he would have done that.
like I said, I think I'm one of a few people who think this. No big deal. But in the real world people that are wealthy can and do leave a job before securing another one. I think Fred should hVe done that.
He may be a great coach, but having no stars behind his name yet. He really needs to have a ballistic season to help his future. Losing Fred was major loss.Let me Prohm Coach?![]()
How do you pronounce his name?

There was no good way to leave for Fred. It's unreasonable to quit your job for an offer that may or may not come. It is what it is. It sucks and it definitely hurt recruiting, but it was inevitable at some point.
Fred wasn't doing his job though. Pretty reasonable to say Fred ****ed over the program when he was not able or willing to do his job and was potentially nterviewing for other jobs.
