The only ISU team in recent years to lose at Kansas had basically given up by that point. And Rhoads was a moron for leaving Richardson in late vs OU in a blowout loss...then Sam got hurt and unable to play vs KU. I'm still pissed they lost that game.
I'm not. That was part of the wobbly Jenga puzzle of CPR's time at ISU. Was hard to watch but KU simply played and ISU didn't.
Tomorrow's KU team will be different than last year's that came to Ames and was basically done by the 3rd series. ISU's offense will need to be crisp and smart.
I sort of hate the idea of ISU going conservative. Mess around enough and give momentum up and this board is going to melt.
