We need some RB with size, too many small backs right now. This guy has some size.

I just wanted to put it out there. This kid is really good. He wasn't a starter until this season and of course he broke out with over 2000 yards. If we didn't already have two running backs in this class I'd get him immediately. OU also has a couple running backs committed as well. We're both full on them. If he goes to Iowa State that'll just be one more reason to root for you guys.

Was just linking to the same conversation in the general recruiting thread. No agenda. A thread dedicated to Michael Warren is completely warranted.

Y'all probably didn't want to wait to see if he qualified either. I hope ISU can capitalize on the opportunity. I'm guess he would have a bit extra in the tank for games against OU and OSU as well.

He just received qualifying test scores this week. That is why the offers from bigger programs have been
absent. Word is now that he has the scores, he will blow up. Was a backup option for OU until they got Joe Mixon.

Hopefully we can sell Warren on being an immediate impact kind of guy. We've played some of our better RBs early and often. If his speed is anywhere close to accurate he could get minutes as a true freshman.
