How is it possible that we don't have anyone on the bench that can provide more than hallice cooke? Jordan Ashton cannot do any less... Cooke seems like a great kid and he obviously has talent but for whatever reason he cannot carry it over to games.

He can't be judged until he gets his own guys here

I disagree. We have a great PG, an all American forward and the Big 12 defensive player of the year. We have all upper classmen starting. If Fred had stayed we would still be a top 5 team right now. This team is not much different from last year as far as the players we have but they play like they have no coaching whatsoever.

Uh-oh turning on the coaches now. Took most people 5 years for Rhoads, took about 5 months for Prohm.

Inherent a top 10 team, and play like a bottom tier team. What did you expect? I'm hoping this is the game that the switch is turned on.

When will JP learn his lesson on hiring mid-major guys? He never learns. you either go for the P5 guy. Current asst., or shot in dark guy with ties to the program.

Coaching may not make a difference here. These guys didn't play D last year and it's worse this year. Their offense has no flow to it. We have to realize that right now this team is just an average, non-top 25 team. Can it be fixed? I don't honestly know.

I think we make a run and make a game of this at some point in the 2nd half. However, even if we win, it's obvious this team is not elite at this point in the season. The fact that some are still arguing we are is very "hawkish"

At least Texas Tech is a good solid team.....oh wait they are getting throttled by Kansas State with two minutes to go.

49 points in a half to a team that, according to the pre game articles, has been struggling with offense. :twitcy:
