I wonder if the staff has a hierarchy of wants, where things kind of fall into place once we get certain commits (or not)? As in, if guy A signs, we'll push for guy B rather than guy C, if that makes sense? I'd list my hierarchy, but I'm getting confused with all the names flying around.

I would venture to guess that this staff absolutely has something like this in place. Obviously the situation is fluid but these guys appear to have a solid plan in place to win next year and they are not content with calling it a rebuilding year.

I am sure each coach has a slight preference but I don't think that any of the prospects are such a staff favorite that they would slow play a commitment from one tomorrow and wait for one to make a decision among the guards.

Justion is the priority as the immediate post target and I think the reason why ISU hasn't been linked to other bigs in the immediate transfer market. I am sure they have a contingency play if Juiston doesn't commit and contacting players but we won't hear about those until Shakur's decision.

On the surface I think that Prohm wants to be completely clear with Juiston that they aren't "looking" at anyone else and that he's their guy. You know they have to have a plan B.

I'm guessing the staff knows where they stand with all theee and what there best shot is. I think they take the first to commit. It's to risky trying to wait. There are not as many transfers as high school kids.

We have 4 scholarships and a 50% at best or less chance of landing any of the given 8 big names we are after. Of course we are taking whoever commits first.

I would think we would have three groups of players 1) Juiston 2) can play and will take commitment no matter what 3) backup plan and will only take if scholarships are not filled
