Just ate dinner at the steakhouse in our resort. UConn team is staying here. Our server asked us how the basketball tournament was going, and we told her we were having a great time. She then said that someone from the Connecticut team came in earlier to make reservations for their coach later this evening. When she asked how they were enjoying their stay (she doesn't really follow basketball), the staff member said it was terrible, the refs were terrible, and they hoped that they never had to come here again. What pricks. Go Dayton!

Jefferson thought they were going back tomorrow, but maybe he was confused as to the date.
Once I saw your post I figured I heard wrong.
Enjoy your time out there weather looks awesome and you saw some really entertaining BB.

Just heard form the annoucers that Lipsey is not 100% due to a "left" shoulder injury a couple of weeks ago.

Anyone heard of this? First time for me.
Heard this from the announcers today, during the Colorado game. I don't know what to think.
I didn't watch the game but going over the box score what's going on with Lipsey? 1 foul but only 26 minutes?

Shoulder.

Because this is CF, I’ll take a moment to worry about this after a strong tournament showing.

Is this the same shoulder he had surgery on? It’s clearly bothering him. He has taken few 3s and they are all short. As is his free throws.

If he’s unable to be a threat from deep, he’ll kind of be back to freshman Lipsey. Which is still good, but might limit us some.

UConn is now entitled because that's what their coach is, or thinks he is.

Not really it is all about ESPN sucking every last dollar from passionate fan bases. ISU is on + and NwArk is on one of the main espns. (Made up example but some of our games were on plus last yr while some **** games were on espn.
If you actually took two seconds to look it up it’s

Baylor-Uconn
Bama-UNC
Auburn-Duke
Kansas-Creighton

That a loaded schedule. We and Marquette are not as good as draws as this matchups.

Well, at this point I'd say it's a lot better matchup than Baylor-(unranked)UCONN! ;)

Baylor and Kansas are on the road, so those games are Big East-controlled (FS1).

ESPN is showing the ACC (ESPN)/SEC (ESPN) Challenge on Wednesday night -- men AND women -- with the only exception being Tech/DePaul in the late ESPNU window.

Coming into the season, that's definitely true. I think some luster is gone from Baylor (2 losses) vs UConn (3 losses) and now with Creighton not looking great with one of their stars out for a while. But you have to set-up the TV schedule way in advance.
