Any other numbers from the Pro-Day today? Surprises?

That's what I was wondering. I haven't seen anything released yet. I was curious as to how Matt Eaton performed. With his size he could be a late round prospect or land in a training camp as an undrafted free agent.

as a Packers fan this mock draft would be amazing! I would rather not draft Hockenson and try to trade up for Oliver though.

ROUND 3, PICK NO. 75: RB DAVID MONTGOMERY, IOWA STATE
This may seem like a surprising pick because the Packers have two reliable back in Aaron Jones and Jamaal Williams. However, there are some concerns with Jones' health and Williams might not be a strong fit for head coach Matt LaFleur's scheme. David Montgomery is a big back (5-foot-10, 222 pounds) who rushed for over 1,100 yards and 11 touchdowns in his last two seasons with the Cyclones. He also recorded 58 receptions in 2017 and 2018.

I actually want Hockenson. I'd like Dalton Risner at 30 as well. Would love David as a 3rd rounder. I don't believe Oliver will be very good at the next level. Pretty undersized for a 3-4 DL. Didn't put up great production at Houston. I don't think he'd be a great fit just like Rashan Gary being a terrible fit for the Packers as well.

NFL Network Draft Analyst has raised Montgomery up 6 spots to his #43 overall player now. Doesn't have Butler in his Top 50 though.

Giving up on Dalvin already?
Never said that. However, with Latavius Murray going to the saints and Abdullah also having injury issues in the past, I would be shocked if they don't grab a RB in the draft. As much as the franchise believes in Dalvin, they still have to cover their bases.

Plus his injury history. I would love to get Montgomery for the Vikes.

Cook is quicker and his top-speed is faster than David, but their games/styles are very similar and could be a nice piece for any situation if Dalvin did go down again. You have to feel a player similar to DC is better for the offense, because the sharp contrast between Murray and Cook last year made it obvious what was coming when LM came in. If the Vikings sure up the Lines with their first 2-3 picks, I would be on cloud nine if they swiped up David as well.

I have them taking Hockenson at 12 and Risner at 30 and then Andy Isabella in round 2. They added some decent free agents on defense so they can focus on offense in the draft.

Kiper in his latest Mock has Montgomery going 3rd Round (Pick 70) to Tampa Bay & Butler going 3rd Round (Pick 84) to Seattle.
