I just checked twitter and it doesn't look like we have any drummers visiting this weekend, which is really disappointing. its just so hard to get a drummer to ames in November. Maybe DJ-Cyclone has some inside info for us from the band-board inside the conductor's office? looks like we may have to see if there are any drummers available in the spring period, and let's face, we know how that works out. most of those drummers still available are skinny, short, or have some serious baggage.

It's all about getting in with good Band Camp Conductors. There is a real dirty underbelly to Band Camp. College Pep Band Condustors and Alumni Pep Band members funnelling money to Band Camp Conductors. They then give the top high school Pep Band talent just enough money to buy instruments (and sex).

It's disgusting. Or how about hiring Band Camp Condustors as Assistant College Pep Band Condustors just to bring a top Pep Band recruit with him or her? It's sickening. The NCAA has got to crack down on pep bands. Period.

Just sent some of you a PM inviting you to the insider's pep band group on here. To join, you must keep all discussions confidential and pledge loyalty to the current pep band director. Nobody realizes just how bad things were before the current pep band director took over. We were on the doorstep of the pep band death penalty!

i'm hearing there's an insane drummer in the 2015 class, who's a local kid from central iowa. the problem is that he's apparently rumored to join jake sullivan's aau pep band. we have no shot. jake hate's ISU's pep band.

One thing is for sure. We are going to know a lot more about this young pep band after Wednesday night. It should be their first real test.

Everybody Fan-Up and come out and support Wednesday night at 7pm! Plenty of great seats are still available. Go Pep Band and Go Cyclones!!!

Dude, why did I not get a PM? You know how much of a fan I am! Heck, some of the stuff I know, the director hasn't even told his assistants yet. I am THE source of information for this school on where the next big recruit is going to come from. And besides that I am a way better fan than some of those people you sent PMs to. Send me one or I go to the NCAA with what I know.

mr. pep band drummer, if you're out there, please do the "five claps" ridiculously SLOW just for revenge. that would be fantastic.

I think the drummer needs to switch to black shoes to slow down the beat. Everyone knows the white shoes he's wearing makes him look faster.
