After reading up on some reviews, it sounds like Insanity might be for me. Definitely sounds like it will be the hardest thing I've done in at least four years, and probably ever. But I'm tired of looking the way I do, and feeling the way I do. I've put on about 65 pounds in the last four years, and I'm in the absolute worst shape of my life.
I'd love to drop from 220 to 200 or less. I mean I know I'm never going to be 155 and as lean as I was as a senior in high school again (that just wouldn't be healthy), and I'm fine with having filled out some. But I'm thinking 180 is probably my ideal weight (I'm about 5'11"). Won't get to that weight in 60 days, but I can definitely put a dent into it, and there's no rule that says I have to stop the workouts at 60 days.
