Not exactly sure.
So my employer changed ownership groups and with that went my work health insurance plan. Anyone been in this kind of situation? Not sure what I'm to do now in the middle of the year.

I would contact an insurance agent and get some quotes. Usually cheaper than cobra insurance. My went self employed at the start of October, many years ago, and got my own then.

Did you remember to clear the hard-drive?

Yes. It's going to Bismarck. So that's not too bad. I had no idea what to set shipping at, so I thought $12 was a fair amount. I calculated what it would be now that I know where it will be going and it came to out to be just over $12.

Whenever I see this part of "It's the Great Pumpkin...", I always think how difficult that music is to play for a flautist since it's so low in the flute register.

So you watched that hill climb yesterday in the de Tour for inspiration? Furk...10K of 10% grade with some 14% thrown in.

Actually no I just walked in when they were cresting the climb and then going down that narrow road for the descent. I was talking to some guys tonight and a friend of theirs went to France and took a tour that follows the Tour, you have to be qualified to ride on it he was doing 22mph going up a mountain and the pack dropped him:eek:. If I would ever be fortunate enough to go I would find a nice place to park break out the wine, cheese, bread, and meat, then yell Andala, andala, (I'm pretty sure I killed the spelling but I'm pretty sure that means faster in Spanish) as they go by.

Went to Mason city to ride tonight, 30 miles from the bike shop around Clear Lake and back. Nice ride, good group of people (probably better than 30) , pretty good pace approx. 15mph (counting stops and everything) I was fine on my road bike, but it would have sucked on my old hybrid. That bike shop does a nice job of sponsoring/ hosting these it's the same shop that does the Sunday Funday slow ride with the food truck and ice cream afterwards.

Where we took the wife's bike when the oldest crashed it. Where she bought it also. Fairly reasonable in my opinion.
