The NFL does not have 32 great teams, and this new college league will not either. There will be a few teams that were once dominate like a Nebraska, that wants to be added to it.There aren't 24 programs at the level of tOSU, Bama, ND, etc. So if you put 10ish elite brands in with 12-14 non-elite brands, how is that different from what you currently have in the B1G and SEC as the P2?
The B10 and SEC will reach a point after the ACC is destroyed when the true blue bloods of the sport will start to wonder "why are we supporting schools like Maryland and Purdue that really do not bring much in terms of money into the league."
That is the point when the Ohio States and Michigan's will either get more money, unequal revenue or they will leave to form a new league.
I hear a lot of EIU fans saying, "since we are a member of the B10 we are safe from all of this and can just ride off happy into the setting sun." I would say, just because you are well of now, does not mean you will be forever.
