I get the whole anxiety thing, and there's a chance that it could be a minor issue at some point but this kid will make everyone he speaks to forget about that. The interview portion is right up his alley, he's a mature kid who used his mistakes in life to only make him a better person and basketball player. Anyone expecting Royce to brick the interview portion of the combine obviously has never heard him speak.

I just saw Thomas Robinson measured in at 6'8 3/4" (measurements aren't realeased til tommorow, but Robinson announced to a reporter). Anyone remember how tall Royce looked next to him?

We know that well, but it may be coming as a surprise to scouts, GMs, coaches and reporters.

Wider but not as tall, guessing between 6'6" and 6'7" for Royce which I don't think will be any kind of negative when you see his overall athleticism and game. Royce is a tank and can get up effortlessly, he's not a bulky Glen Davis type who struggles to clear the rim.

I hope the scouts are able to see Royce perform his best skills that he may not be able to show off in typical PF drills.

I don't think anyone that saw him play has him at a prototype power forward anyway.

If he had a traditional post up game and came out at 6'7" or under it might hurt him, but anybody who's watched him knows he's a hybrid type player and not a traditional post player.

I agree that he can get up effortessly, and this isnt a slam at all, but why didnt we see that more often, sometimes he looked like Blake Griffen and sometimes he acted like he had normal athleticism.

Getting up may have caused a few beads of sweat.
