I may be the only one but I hope it looks better than that...

Don't get me wrong it will be awesome but it just doesn't fit.

Its too long and skinny. It would look a lot better if it was a little bit fatter. None the less, much (x567) better than we have right now.

Wow...WAY cooler than I expected. That looks great!

(Will the support columns make those hillside tickets suck?)

My exact first initial thought as well... It looks great overall, I like the design features including the accents to the top/bottom to form along the Jacobson building better. But, it does seem too long and skinny. Even adding in any extra 10' or something of advertising on the bottom to bring it closer to the top of Jacobson and just make it taller would make a huge improvement.

Is it just me or does it seem like there is an unnecessary 10-15 foot gap between the roof of the Jacobsen and the bottom of the board?

Maybe it's just the difference between the depth perception of the picture and the photoshopping though.

Don't think I'm a huge fan but its just a drawing. From what I see it sits way too high over the Jake for as skinny as it is. Either bring it down some or make the screen "taller".

Are the speakers behind the I State Jack Trice Stadium things on each side then? That would be my guess. For the people worried about it being too thin, I think once it is constructed in real life, it won't look as thin.

no the I State stuff is where ad's and other such things will be.

This was probably done to ensure it doesn't get hit by a Mason Crosby type of kicker.

Not gonna lie...looks a bit awkward hovering over the Jacobsen Bldg, free standing on the steel poles

It amazes me how negative cyclone fans are about everything. People have been begging for a new scoreboard or something to happen and then when it does all you hear are complaints about its too skinny, its too tall, I don't like the legs. Even if they would've put in the absolute perfectly sized board, people would probably complain about the screen resolution or the fact that they didn't feature your favorite player in the renderings.

The I-State Jack Trice Stadium stuff on the sides will stay. There are smaller ads around the video screen.

I can't believe people are disappointed...considering what we had, this is 1,000x better. What did people expect?

Even if they only covered the bottom half of the supports with bricks so that it looks like the rest of the buildings around there, it would look a million times better than it does in the renderings.
