Yeah, I meant it's going to be interesting to see if he gets promoted with the Colts.

Reich canned the OL coach because he was hired by Josh McDaniels before he bailed on the HC job and he wants his own guy as OL coach.

He's been mentioned as an internal candidate but I don't know. Kind of feels like if that's the direction they were going to go then they would have announced his promotion the same time they announced the firing of DeGuglielmo. We'll see. I'd think Reich wants to have his staff settled by the time Senior Bowl practices start next week.

They posted it as a requirement, next week Kempt will be announced as a GA or other spot, Im thinking.

I don’t think GA spots get posted but I could be wrong.

Either way, kempt is trying to keep his playing career going. He won’t be a GA next year.

Kyle is currently training with EXOS for the NFL draft, so I'm guessing he isn't getting announced any time soon as a GA

All this is not for Hofner leaving. He has an analyst spot - they wouldn't be advertising a coach position for an analyst. Only if a current coach got moved to an analyst.
