I am almost certain exhibitions were on cyclones.tv back in the day. This is likely a result of the switch to ESPN+. For me the switch was 90% good, but this falls under the 10%.

Looking around it seems no Big 12 exhibitions are covered. Big 10 is doing theirs on Big 10 Plus but they have their own real TV network and streaming option not just a piggyback setup. Guess it's no big deal, it's really just a scrimmage but I'd watch to catch a glimpse of the new kids.

Not great news on the injury front: MEM hasn't been practicing and is out for around six more weeks. Jordao hasn't been practicing with the team either due to injury, but she's close to returning.

We beat Omaha 69-42 last season. However, if Ashley doesn't play, only 15 of those 69 points came from players who will play (Aubrey 7, Lexi 5, Emily 3, with the rest being Ashley 25, Kristin 10, Rae 8, Maddie 6, Kylie 5). We shouldn't have too much trouble with Omaha either way, but that's an interesting stat.

IIRC Omaha played hard and were pesky but ultimately overmatched. New coach in first season last year that peeps on the broadcast were speaking highly of.

I think that was the game that Coach Fenelly missed due to protocols and Coach Steyer was in charge.

They did upset SDSU in the conference tournament, so we definitely shouldn't overlook them.
SDSU was without their best player Myah Selland, but that's true. I predict a comfortable Cyclone victory even without our star.

I have commitments and will not be able to watch and may check-in.

Believing this team is legitimate is where I start. So that, we will win by more than a couple of points without Ashley. If after years of good recruiting, getting kids in the system, and proven strength at more than a couple of positions, it will be more than a minor letdown if otherwise.

The disrespect is real. ISUWBB wins their tournament and they go down one spot in the latest AP poll. You can't tell me 5-2 South Florida is better than our 7-0 Cyclones. The twister sisters should be top 10.

Early in the year and USF has wins over two ranked teams Stanford and Oregon. Their two losses are two UConn and Tennessee. We have not played a ranked team, so I'm guessing that is what the AP voters are using as a measuring stick. I'm not saying it is correct, but it is easy to use at this point in the season.

Yeah, tbh it's not disrespect to ISU, rather respect towards USF.

I'm actually surprised that Iowa didn't drop a bit. Not that I think they should be penalized, per say, for having cancelled games, but that other teams who had good wins might have leap-frogged them. Michigan, Tennessee, USF.
