Threw the ball behind her back away from the refs. Dumb but probably not technical worthy. The refs are just controlling the spotlight of this game.

Even if the Clark T was deserved (didn’t see what happened but heard it was soft), Mulkey has been an embarrassment and should easily have a T by now

Because it wasn't consequential or excessive.
I don’t have the latest rules book, but seems to me her action with the ball was a direct result of her attitude toward the previous call.
She didn’t even need to touch the ball. Instead she took hold and threw it behind her back away from the refs.
