When Flip decides to hang it up in minnesota, that's when fred leaves. Flip said fred wasn't ready, he will be IF he decides to leave. There's some serious talent (on paper) in Minnesota right now.

Just to be clear, I don't know what Flip said publicly, but it was because Fred wasn't ready to leave, not because the T-wolves didn't think he was ready for the job. The front office was bummed when Fred signed his extension at ISU.
