    Umm, the 30 second clock was at 19. They now use the clock rather than counting. I'm sure part of the rational for this is that the players can see it as well.

    I watched about 1 1/2 sets. I thought Holthaus looked rusty, and some of the newbies are very talented. They seemed to have a good team dynamic.

    Disagree. Creighton was more diverse and more disciplined on offense than we were. We have, for a number of reasons, become very predictable and easy to scout - especially if the other team is bigger and/or more athletic than us. Creighton was neither.

    Jay Bilas has been very outspoken about this. I've heard him several times screaming - "THAT'S A FOUL - THAT HAS TO BE CALLED!"

    Completely agree! The way WBB is currently officiated makes it unwatchable when officials refuse to call obvious fouls. Texas literally commits 7, or more, fouls on every single defensive possession. Freedom of movement has been completely abandoned. I retired from officiating HSBB a number of...

    Even though I am in my mid sixties, I was still playing pick-up twice a week until the pandemic shut us out of school gyms. If somebody new had shown up and played the way Texas does, there would have been a fist fight. And once, the police were called.

    I used to respect Vic, but not after tonight. His kids could pile drive us and then do multiple elbow drops off the top rope, and he would still be bit****g about the foul call.
