    NCAA Cross Country Championships

    Solid running by the four Cyclone runners. All finished in the top half among all competitors. Looking at the splits in the men’s race, it seems that Sieperda and Winders both consistently moved up in position the entire second half of the race.

    Not as bad as the smug, wacky parents here in California. Lots of talented high schoolers out here, but nothing compares to the excitement of the Iowa state meet. Aidan Noonan is headed to Wyoming, right? If so, it’ll be good to see him compete in the Big 12.
