Remember kids, there is no *whispers* offseason. Love Pate. His conference rankings this offseason have been based on performance and talent acquisition over the past 3 seasons. They are not designed to be a projection of how things will play out this fall.
It’s going to be tough going 8-4 when we start 1-2 or 0-3 in the non conference AGAIN. Prove me wrong Campbell and company I am anxiously awaiting your response.8-4 or bust. A lot of returning starters on offense.
CMC has started 2-1 to start the season more often than he has 1-2 (once last year) and 0-3 (once first yr.)It’s going to be tough going 8-4 when we start 1-2 or 0-3 in the non conference AGAIN. Prove me wrong Campbell and company I am anxiously awaiting your response.
Great attempt to read something in that isn’t there, thanks.OK @Aclone, I embellished a little. We are 11-11 in the non conference schedule. 2020 we played 1 non conference game and lost to Louisiana. Every other year and most years we play at least 1AA game and then sprinkle in wins against SE Missouri St and Drake. I hope you are not satisfied with that record.
UND and Arkansas State are Ws and Iowa is a tossup. More likely to start 3-0 than 1-2 or worse. It’s going to be tough going 8-4 when we start 1-2 or 0-3 in the non conference AGAIN. Prove me wrong Campbell and company I am anxiously awaiting your response.
I hope so. I want us to win them all. I got disappointed with coach when he acted like the non conference wasn’t what he was concentrating on (or something to that effect). I know he wants to win and I’m glad he’s our coach.UND and Arkansas State are Ws and Iowa is a tossup. More likely to start 3-0 than 1-2 or worse.
Honestly, in the old system it didn't matter.I hope so. I want us to win them all. I got disappointed with coach when he acted like the non conference wasn’t what he was concentrating on (or something to that effect). I know he wants to win and I’m glad he’s our coach.
I can only assume that without Deacon Hill, Iowa is an automatic W for us.UND and Arkansas State are Ws and Iowa is a tossup. More likely to start 3-0 than 1-2 or worse.
That's what I said about Ohio last year...UND and Arkansas State are Ws and Iowa is a tossup. More likely to start 3-0 than 1-2 or worse.
Actually ISU was 1-2 his first season (def. San Jose State, lost to UNI & Iowa)CMC has started 2-1 to start the season more often than he has 1-2 (once last year) and 0-3 (once first yr.)
I stand corrected and it furthers my point to who I was responding to.Actually ISU was 1-2 his first season (def. San Jose State, lost to UNI & Iowa)
