Hope he is ok.

I’ve thought he looked a bit off this year.

As much as I hate KU, I absolutely hate seeing this for Coach Self.

Same. Hate them because to be honest it's a lot of jealousy of their success....also of course they get ever benefit of the doubt call or ruling from the higher powers. That being said, they do help make our conference as legit as it is. Hope Coach Self gets better because it's fun as hell to beat him on the court.

Was gonna post the "that's a shame" meme, but hospitalized for heart issues? I'm not that cold. I hate KU and him especially for all of the Adidas stuff that have gone down, but I'm not gonna wish him death over it.

Gorm

With any luck we will be there by Tuesday.

"Illness" is a word with a HUGE scope. Someone with an "illness" could have a cold. Someone with an "illness" could be laying in the hospital on life support.

Isn’t a heart attack an illness? Like what level of illness gets you to the hospital?
Coronavirus, Norovirus, pneumonia, a million other things, especially for a guy that is 60. I would classify a heart attack as a heart attack, not an illness. Now certainly one of those illnesses could lead have lead cardiac event., but we really don't know at this point.

Yeah when I saw the thread title, I just assumed he ate a wabash cannondog down in KC and had the poops. Heart attack was not what I expected.

Being described as "vascular event" which most likely is a blockage that can be routinely fixed with stents. Bob Huggins has had this procedure.
