haha, I remember every year between '06 and '08 for work, we'd go to this team building retreat center and we'd do trust falls. It was only scary the first time, but seriously it actually works a little bit better (team building exercises) but I think it's because you become more comfortable with the people after spending 8 hours with them doing stupid exercises like blindfolding each other and leading them through a hiking trail blind.

When I was in the Marine Corp (a while ago).... we had a motivation time... when the platoon comander see a down trend in our attitudes, we put on our gear <flack jackets and helmets>, went on the parade deck... called out another platoon, and commence a rumble. Was fun as heck... and toughened the weaker ones up.
