Hoosiers have taken some lumps lately, but I haven't watched them so don't know their proper place.
Must be quite an interesting team to score 42 in 4th qtr and still lose to Iowa.
They were ranked 5/6 when they had a COVID pause. They came back and lost to Michigan. They have lost to Stanford, NC State, Michigan, Nebraska, and Iowa. The Nebraska loss is their only bad loss. I think their post player may have still been out with injury.
Holmes missed 8 games, including the losses at Michigan and at Nebraska. She's played less than 25 minutes in each of the two games since returning.
In a normal game, these would be the huge, big, number one takeaways...but the whole game was big-time so these are great "icing on the cake" type fun (though incredible in preparation, execution, and a bit of Hilton Magic luck).
Would have been nice to get the foul calls v Texas the KSU got last night. What a difference. Any time Texas only has ten fouls called they have been gifted. Last night…22

If we win out (includes Baylor of course), I would think we move up the #2 ladder and potentially get into the Wichita regional and away from SC and UConn. Who knows, maybe somebody gets beat and we end up a #1 seed.

Ok…this is frustrating. Latest AP poll comes out and Iowa is rated ahead of the sisters. Iowa plays in the weakest P5 conference in the country which is feeding upon itself and gets bumped into the top ten. What a joke. Fortunately the poll really doesn’t matter. But still…it’s like the hype machine for Clark and Co. Is in overdrive. Rant over….
Iowa and the big 10 have marketed Clark quite effectively. It matters. Plus, they are on quite a roll. BTW - I dislike them as much as anybody.
