Kayla Timmerman of Wayzata, MN is also a rumored ISU recruit. These two plus the list I posted probably covers most of the known 2012 targets. Shull is the only 2012 offer I've heard about, but someone more "in the know" than I am might be aware of others.

Ames, IA
Shaya Kellogg (2013) of Ames High will be the top player in Iowa by her junior year. Kianna's younger sister.
I would hope that ISU can ward off the national powers for her...

Hope the twins sign up. They look like the same player. Taylor is 88 and Tyler is 87.

I really like Jordin Alexander. She seems like a solid player, but she is very smart! She is a perfect cyclone! :)

I also like Taylor Agler, though this player is going to be tough to get. :(

Alexander must like Iowa since she's been to their elite camp along with Boston College.

Timmerman and her parents I met out in Phoenix in March and they really love BF but she was really close to Taylor. They were not impressed with Minnie at all but the home state pull is huge but she is a monster.

I also see that Needles officially committed to Florida according to twitter over the weekend

I was on facebook recently when I stumbled upon this:

Facebook

It's the official facebook page of the ISU WBB staff. What's even more interesting is the friends list. There are some known recruits there, a lot of current players, and a LOT of former players, but there are a few other interesting names:

That's what I get for making public where I found the names. The friends list is no longer publicly available. :p

honestly, perhaps we might want to consider starting an WBB insider group? so our trade secrets don't get out.

mred - have you heard anything on Stokes committing to Iowa? I saw a post on HN that she told a group at the National Conference on Youth Leadership in CR that she was going to school at Iowa next year. The post was from a parent who was at the event with his child.

Does Iowa have a shot at the Stokes Girl? - Page 4 - HawkeyeNation Forum

Even if the story is true (and I don't necessarily doubt it) that's not really a commitment. She might just be expressing where she's leaning. She still has visits to other schools upcoming.
