Guys, obviously marijuana is part of this discussion, but please keep the thread on topic. This thread is not about the legalities of marijuana use.
Good luck sir, this is on the south side of the **** slope with the bottom in sight.

Should have saw it coming after he went hulk this year, turns out he was green because of something else!

But seriously, ******* disappointing.
All I am saying is Free Educational opportunity = follow the law.
Not that difficult
Can't they just put a mustache on Godfrey, maybe grow out his hair and change the name on the back of the jersey a little then get his *** back out on the court.
Not arguing that, but we were talking about whether or not marijuana should be legal for awhile.
I'm not arguing about Fred's decision to kick him off. He clearly violated a pact that they had, and Fred needs to hold his integrity to that. I think kicking Godfrey off the team was the right call under these circumstances, but I'd argue all night that being opposed to marijuana use simply because it's illegal is foolish.
NO, but they broke the law and should have their ***** thrown off the team.
Free College = follow the law... hard concept for a pothead to follow
Lamb- weed
Godfrey- weed
Railey- DUI/posession
Coach Man DUI #2.
I love the direction this program is headed.
Ya, I hate to win too!
Really, we've given guys with DUIs and Theft charges 2nd chances, but it's 1st strike you're out for marijuana possession??
So we agree... DON'T DO ILLEGAL DRUGS! there are consequences.
Just do what they did with michael jackson. We'd have the best white player in the league :twitcy:
I'd be surprised if Fred kicked Godfrey off the team for his first offense. What did Godfrey get suspended for during the season? If Railey is getting 2 strikes for DUI and fighting- I gotta believe Godfrey's latest run in was a 3rd strike.
So... thinking that marijuana shouldn't be illegal makes you a pot head?
That's really mature.
Godfrey did something he was told not to (or he'd lose his scholarship). He lost his scholarship. No problem with Fred's decision, AT ALL. My problem (and its my only one here) is that the activity he's engaged in is illegal without good reason. He broke the law and has to deal with its consequences. The law however, is morally flawed.
Haha give it a rest, its not like i've never done it before. This probably goes for many people on this site but, a law is a law.
