Where you getting those 3.

I'm thinking we can take KU
KSU will find a way to beat us as normal
....... and that's about what I got right now. 1 win.

I just came up with a random number that fell between 0 and 3. If we play like we played today in every game, we wont even beat Kansas. At least I am at peace that we suck. Waiting for basketball season.

Long year ahead. A lot of questions concerning this team.
Actually, I think all my questions were answered tonight.

What makes me laugh are all the preseason comments about all the "talent" we have compared to years past and how much team speed we have. Think about all those preseason puff pieces. The "quiet confidence" in our DL and how we're now recruiting body types that we can hand over to Yancy to mold into B12 players. What an absolute joke.

Something feels different about this. There is a finality about it. Like the universe realized except for a few very brief moments, it really is impossible to win at ISU.

In one day I went from cautious optimism about the future, to thinking this whole thing might just blow up for good and send us back to a permanent state of 1985.

You know, I have the same feeling. I am not even panicked, or upset, I just feel like something changed, and not for the better.

I hear you guys. I am not even that ****** off but I am really sad about what I think is coming. It's like riding out a bad stock investment that crashed but rallied a little here and there but finally goes bankrupt.

I'm sure to complete the melt-down we'll get some ridiculous penalty from the NCAA next week for those recruiting "violations" we submitted earlier this year...

I normally don't participate in these threads, but this game is just ******* me off something fierce.

I knew ISU would be worse coming into this year and I only had them pegged for 4-5 wins. But after this? There just seem to be too many major problems to right the ship in short order.

I might not even had been so ****** off about this loss if just wasn't so damn ugly. The score doesn't really indicate how badly ISU got dominated in most aspects of the game. I actually thought Richardson played ok, but had no time to do anything in the second half because the line couldn't stop a 4-man rush and was he asked to run the ball too much. And all UNI did on offense was run it at Miller (when he was in) and throw to whoever Sam Richardson was supposed to be covering.

It's just.... ARGH!!!!
The UNI defense was pinching in because they knew Mess was not going to throw it deep. Shades of Tulsa blowing through. We were trying tio get three yards against about nine UNI defenders most of the time.

One of the best posts tonight. We've had glaring issues for years. O line, D line, kicking, yet guess what our issues still lay at? We finally have a QB who looks decent, yet the outcome is the same. We got dominated tonight.

I would go so far as to suggest PR jump out in front of this thing and get rid of Mess SOON! I think he takes less heat if he just admits he picked the wrong guy now and sends him packing. Experiment with the rest of the season cuz it cant be worse.

This, Mess is a disaster. Get Coach K as the OC and get it over with. This season is over, pathetic.

If ISU plays like they did tonight, I don't think that they will win any games this season. Let's let CPR earn his millions here.... At this point, they can only improve.

The worst of it...UNI's play calling wasn't very good either, and they still beat the **** out of us. Their RB could have gone for 400 yards tonight if they would have just handed it off. I'm trying for something, but 'pathetic' is the best I can do. Maybe sickening?

David Johnson would head up the middle and just bounce to the outside and our outside linebackers looked like peanut butter. Over and over.

I say do what [FONT=arial, sans-serif]Towson University did with those cheerleaders and suspend the whole offense team.

Maybe instead of focusing on SEZ, the powers that be spend a little dough on an OC? Cant say enough about how much the current one sucks really.
