I agree with you there. I did predict in this thread that we won’t be close to the tournament. Right now I’m thinking 14-17 overall heading into KC.

Nope.

Bad non con is bad non con either way. Projections point to us at about .500 on the year and swapping the Iowa/SH results does nothing to change that.

I haven’t watched film or anything, but they seem to regularly run a pick and roll action that leads to an early kick-out elbow 3 for Nixon. I also don’t have advanced analytics, but I’d rather have him taking open catch-and-shoot than about anything else. If he’s hitting 30%, that’s an ok outcome, particularly if it creates space for future possessions.

I think ISU makes the tournament, but won’t be shocked if they don’t. I will be shocked if they are 9th in the Big 12.
