Jaden walker led us in free throws attempted and made....they gotta take a hard look at why this keeps happening
YesI wasn't able to watch - luckily. Did ISU ever deploy a zone defense tonight?
I would prefer he get charges and try to go strong to the hoop, but our handles are just pathetic outside of Hunter and Jackson.Yeah we are kind of soft offensively. Aside from hunter. Brockington has a great mid range jumper but he also possesses the ability to drive and get to the rack. He has been refusing to do that so far in conference play unfortunately
I'm glad they brought it back from down 27 to only losing by 12. Still a loss, but not as bad of a blowout (on paper, at least).I'm glad we're done with Tech. Bad match up for our guys. I hope we don't have to meet this team down in Kansas City.
Hell that was earlier, if you're going to get called most of the time make them pay!Time to start fouling hard.

Checked out the shot chart on ESPN. Between Gabe and IB there were three shots at the rim, three shots around the FT line/elbow, and 16 other shots outside the paint. That’s an issue. Some were open, but a lot were contested. Some were not getting good looks and having to get something off late in the shot clock.
Also to those claiming they stopped attacking because they weren’t getting calls, ISU was 5/8 at the rim in the first half. Two of those missed were Rob on feeds or putbacks, so not exactly attacking the rim off the bounce.
So I’m calling ******** on people claiming that ISU stopped trying to drive to the hoop because they weren’t getting calls.
2 -4 is fine, but this is going to get out of control if we can't get the free throw differential solved
just can't spot the other team 15 points on the road, which is what we are averaging
And eventually this is going to catch us at home, hell it already did, Baylor outscired us by 11 at the line in Ames, that's the difference in all the losses

It also matters how and when the free throws happen. It was 8 free throws taken to 9 taken at half, but the game was blown open as the disparity ballooned from 1 all the way to 16 in the first 9? minutes of the half.making them is one thing, on the road I guess it’s just normal the other team is gonna get 15-30 more attempts.
Were there many times ISU got Tech to foul on three point attempts?
Most road games are gonna be L'stcu is no layup, will be a dogfight...all these games are toss ups
