Everyone is focused on the 2nd guy. The 1st guy to engage him was as much if not more at fault. Hunter had nowhere to go and was basically giving himself up and settling for going out of bounds. If the 1st guy had either ushered him out or even hit him out - no problem and no flag. Instead, he actually tries to hold him up and allow his buddy to deliver an unimpeded hit on a vulnerable player. It's a common maneuver to stand a guy up to strip the ball. That's fine. Using the tactic to potentially injure an opponent on the sideline is not OK and deserves a flag. There was no reason for it and is a clear example of unnecessary roughness. The one that got flagged wasn’t the one that was engaged with Dekkers. He came in as Hunter was about to go out of bounds and gave him a hard shove.
