Remember just a few years ago when we only had a couple guys that could score at all. Now we have multiple weapons. This team is going to be fun to watch grow this season.
I'd rather us not try so hard to win the big 12 conference tournament. It was cool when we first started making tournaments, now it's just extra games that doesn't help seeding in the tournament for us.
I hope Aiuburn wins this game, even if it keeps the Cyclones at #3
Agree, because the committee has their minds made up seeding wise before those things are even over. It didn't help us one bit last year. We were still a 3 seed.
They beat Duke, nc, and Mich state...pretty sure nobody should be thinking Kansas is not good because they lost at Creighton.
What the hell are you guys talking about? Have you looked at who the conf has beaten? It's basketball, you're going to drop a lot of road games.
Poor officiating mechanics.
They called the foul (on Jones), then went immediately to the monitor for review. Declared "no foul" for the reviewed play, but never reported the original foul to the scorer. That was foul #7.
All about match ups. Most every game is different. Luckily we have a Swiss army knife type of team this year
Gilbert and Jones have elevated their game tremendously since last season. The confidence is obvious.

Weird thing about tonight is that this one happened 30 feet from the basket.
