    If everybody else but Baylor is agreeing not to sue, either the Big 12 already has somebody committed to coming onboard(unlikely IMO), or every school already has found a new conference home they're happy with. Is it the Big East? I just can't see us being that thrilled with the Big east...

    Right. but they haven't yet. So what I'm saying is--we have a window here to make that pitch to those universities. Texas and Oklahoma would be dumb not to give Beebe a week or more to try to make this happen--what is the rush?

    Big 12's last hope is for us to put the full court press on one or a few of the Big East members, bribe them with TAMU's exit fee money, whatever, but make a last ditch effort here.
