Purdy hasn't faced the in-game adversity that everyone is referring to because HE HAS NEVER LOST A GAME.

It's amusing that people hold this against him. It's like criticizing Cale Sanderson's career because he never demonstrated his ability to battle back after a loss.
The point is can HE be the reason they over come deficit. That's the mark of a champion. I think he can but he just hasn't yet. Let's see what happens when he loses a couple games in a row.

He did win 3 Super Bowls but his stats are really mediocre. Career 61.5% completion rate, 165 TDs and 141 interceptions.
Brock has a nice ratio but he isn't throwing a ton of TDs compared to the type of player he's being compared to. Stats aren't everything though. Brock wins a ring and maintains excellence for a couple years, by all means slobber away.

before we call him Rodgers, Brady, Aikman and Favre.
The comparison was made os what other quarterbacks could do his job. If you flip that, what teams in the league would be improved with Purdy as their quarterback? Some are obvious: he could make the Jets contenders. KC might be a little worse because Mahomes is the benchmark and can do some things no one else in the league can do. I think all but four or five teams would be better with Purdy in at quarterback. His ability to make reads and deliver the ball on time are transferrable to other systems. He doesn't take sacks and he doesn't turn the ball over.

You mean IF he loses a couple games in a row? I seriously doubt it will happen for the next couple of years.

You're higher than bat p****. There's a reason teams haven't gone undefeated since Miami.
49ers lose two games in a row this year? Maybe if Purdy gets injured, but I doubt it's gonna happen. Guess we'll have to wait to see who's right?

He's got 9 TD passes and 2 rushing, plus he's had 2 lateral passes that went for TD but statistically don't count. That's up there with the top of the league.
